Ethnobiology

Ethnobiology is a field of scientific endeavor that has high relevance to societal challenges.  The focus is on the interactions of people and their plants and animals. The problems studied range from the historical changes in human diets and the movement of plants and animals around the world to the need to importance and mechanisms of protecting the world's food supply.
